Created and designed by the inaugural class of the Masters of Health Communication Design program at Thomas Jefferson University in collaboration with Coforma and the Health+ Lyme Disease Program. Check out our feature on lymedisease.org
Working collaboratively with fellow peers (Eli Steiker-Ginzberg, Alyssa Leigel, Iman Morsey, Eva Floyd, and Megan Garrity) we created a system to break through barriers to diagnosis through proactive testing, tracking symptoms, and patient advocacy.
Frankly’s GIF and image library gives users a visual way to explain how, where, and what symptoms they have. This makes it easier for users to show providers how Lyme disease impacts them and how they experience symptoms throughout their body.
